Sportning eng ommaviylaridan biri bo’lgan gimnastika bu tizimda haqli ravishda muhim o’rin tutadi. Gimnastika mashg’ulotlari yosh avlodni bolalik chog’idan boshlab jismoniy jihatdan sog’lom qilib tarbiyalashni, ularda jismoniy va ma’naviy kuchlarni garmonik tarzda rivojlantirishni ta’minlash vazifasini hal qilishga yordam beradi.
