Talaba-yoshlarning jismoniy harakatlariga bo‘lgan talabini harakatli o‘yinlar orqali rivojlantirish mumkin. Shuning uchun jismoniy tarbiya darslarida harakatli o‘yinlaridan samarali foydalanish kerak. Shuni etirof etish harakatli o‘yinlaridan dars va o‘quv to‘garak mashg’ulotlarida talaba-yoshlarni komil inson va jismonan sog’lom kadrlar bo‘lib tarbiyalanishida muxim axamiyatga ega.
