Ushbu maqola turizmni rivojlantirish va atrof-muhit barqarorligi o'rtasidagi murakkab munosabatni, xususan, O'zbekiston misolida o'rganadi. So'rovlar va holat o'rganishlarini o'z ichiga olgan aralash usullardan foydalangan holda, tadqiqot turizmning tabiiy resurslar, ekotizimlar va mahalliy jamoalarga bo'lgan ijobiy va salbiy ta'sirlarini baholaydi.
