Abstract

Konserogen polisiklik birikma hisoblangan benz[a]pirennning hosil bo‘lish sabablari, oziq-ovqat tarkibidagi miqdoriy ko‘rsatgichlari yoritiligan bo’lib miqdoriy tahlilning optimal usullari keltirilgan.
