Abstract

Хohlagan sport turida muvaffaqqiyatga erishish maxsus ishlab chiqilgan texnika priyemlarini egallash bilan aniqlanadi. Katta muvaffaqiyatga erishish uchun texnikani mukammal egallab olish darkor. Basketbol bilan ilk shug’ullanayotganlardan tortib to sport ustasi bo’lgungacha texnika o’rgatish jarayonida bevosita bo’ladi. Odatda bu jarayon ikki - o’rgatish va takomillashtirish boqichiga bo’linadi. Bunday bo’linish o’rgatish jarayonini rejalashtirishni yaxshilab, sportchilar oldiga aniq vazifa qilib qo’yadi.
