Abstract

This article analyzes the issues related to the development of the tourism sector and the organization of tourist places throughout Uzbekistan. Opportunities for the development of gastronomic tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan are being created today. In addition, the study explores the role of gastronomic tourism in promoting sustainable development, preserving culinary traditions and increasing the economic vitality of local communities. The results show that the gastronomic offers of Uzbekistan have great potential to attract international tourists, develop cultural appreciation and intercultural dialogue, and contribute to the socio-economic growth of the country.
